@Ehsan - Chocolate - Yum! Dark chocolate is actually very good for us, but I think many people think it has a lot of sugar when really it does not.

I totally feel it when I don't get enough sleep. Since I've started working out more the last couple of years, sleep has become much more of a priority. I was very disappointed that "eat cheeseburgers"...

I try not to stay up past 10. It's hard. I need more hours in the day. Exercising first thing in the morning is my trick. It keeps me going all day.

I do drink tea throughout the day. I also have found taking a multivitamin very helpful -- I think I was low on iron before and it has seemed to help. I also drink a ton of water and eat well.

@JP - I would agree with the 7 to 9 hours. So many people try to function on 5 hours though and wonder why they feel like crap. @Holly - The pros and cons of drinking coffee seem to change every year....

Sadly, I am a coffee addict with no plans to quit. I do all of the other things you mentioned though- like drink water and exercise, etc!!!

Sometimes the answer is sleep less. If you do sleep too much it often has the same effect as sleeping too little. Between 7 and 9 hours is the sweet spot for adults.
